4. Services Provided

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for billing services

Grant secure access to relevant dental practice software

Cooperate with SB Billing in resolving claim-related issues

Notify SB Billing of any changes in practice information that may affect billing processes
6. Fees and Payment Terms

Service fees are based on a percentage of insurance collections, with a minimum monthly charge.

Invoices are issued monthly and must be paid within the agreed-upon period.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

No startup costs, sign-up fees, or equipment purchases are required.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

SB Billing adheres to HIPAA compliance and ensures the protection of patient data.

Client information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or necessary for service fulfillment.
8. Intellectual Property Rights

SB Billing retains ownership of any proprietary tools, processes, and materials used in service delivery.

Clients may not use SB Billing’s intellectual property without explicit permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

SB Billing is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

We are not liable for losses due to insurance company policies or delays beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding a claim.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify SB Billing against claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
